Shipping Policy

We want to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here's what you can expect:

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Times

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Returns Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a shipping label where applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the item you'd like instead.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including final sale items and personalized products. These will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.
